Terms of Service
Effective 31 August 2026. By using SagaGlyph you agree to use the service lawfully and to treat generated artwork as a concept.
Creative service
SagaGlyph provides an entertainment-oriented symbolic profile and AI-generated tattoo concepts. It does not provide historical, medical, legal, religious, or professional tattooing advice.
Your responsibilities
You must be legally able to purchase, provide accurate checkout information, avoid abuse or automated generation, and ensure any personal element you submit does not violate another person's rights.
Generated output
Outputs can contain errors or visual artifacts. You receive permission to use and adapt concepts generated for your session, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Availability
The MVP may change, pause, or discontinue. When payment succeeds but generation fails, the system restores the corresponding entitlement. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order where permitted by law.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to generate hate symbols, illegal material, deceptive historical claims, copyrighted characters, artist imitation, or content that harms another person.
