Refund Policy
Digital credits are delivered immediately after verified payment, so refunds are evaluated according to delivery and applicable consumer law.
Failed delivery
If payment is verified but credits are not recorded, contact the owner with the checkout email and session details. We will restore the entitlement or refund the affected purchase after verification.
Generation failures
A failed generation automatically restores the preview or paid credit. A temporary provider failure therefore should not consume paid value.
Used credits
Because generated concepts are personalized digital content, purchases with used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was materially not delivered.
How to request help
Use the support contact supplied on the deployed checkout receipt within 14 days. Do not send card details; Stripe handles payment information.
